Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed. I accept Bank transfer, and PayPal. All prices exclude VAT. Before payment, you will receive a clear invoice showing the total amount, including any applicable taxes or fees.

Delivery and Complaints

Project timelines will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins. There are no additional delivery fees beyond the agreed project price. Deliverables will be delivered online as digital files unless otherwise agreed upon if a physical product is required.
If you are not satisfied with the results at any stage, we will review and adjust the project scope together. Changes may affect the delivery time and project cost.

Prices

Each project is unique, so prices vary accordingly. Any additional costs, such as printing or delivery fees, will be communicated and agreed upon before starting the project. You will always receive a detailed invoice with a full price breakdown before payment. Please contact me for a personalized quote.

  2. Invoices and Payment Deadlines
    Invoices are issued upon completion of agreed milestones or project delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    Payment is due within 14 days from the invoice date, unless we have agreed on different payment terms.

  3. Accepted Payment Methods
    I accept payments via:

    • Bank Transfer

    • PayPal

  4. International Payments
    For international clients, payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal in the currency agreed upon in the project contract. Any additional fees or currency exchange costs are the responsibility of the client.

  5. Late Payments
    If payment is not received by the due date, I may charge a reminder fee and statutory interest on overdue amounts in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (räntelagen).

  6. Disputes and Complaints
    If you have any questions or concerns about an invoice or payment, please contact me promptly to resolve the issue.
    Unpaid invoices may be referred to a collection agency or legal action if not settled after reminders

  7. Price Variations and Agreements
    Since every project is customized, pricing is agreed upon before work begins. Any changes to scope or timelines that affect pricing will be discussed and agreed in writing before implementation.

  8. Right to Withhold Deliverables
    I reserve the right to withhold delivery of final work until full payment has been received.
